21ST X THE WHITE AFFAIR

Starting this post with my favourite photo taken on that day!And yes, it's my 21st birthday party held at The Chervons chalet on 20th July 2014!

I'm doing this post to specially thank a few groups of people. If you don't see your face here, please don't kill me. Not that I don't love you, just that there's seriously too many photos to upload here, I'm alreeady dying trying to rearrange these photos!

Doh Ray Mee. Mommy not steady, never wear white! And who do I look like? My mom or dad? A lot of people can't answer this question of mine tbh. HAHA, if you have an answer, don't mind just ask.fm me @xxevangelinexx, I really want to know.

Anyw, I'm never someone good at words, and my family ain't those that show affections well to each other. We appreciate one another deep inside our hearts and do small little things to show our gratitude. I love my parents, they are people who dislike parties , they don't really like crowded places and it's very sweet of them to help me plan this party,collecting my cake for me, and making sure there's more than enough food for everyone. My dad even bought a watermelon here to cut himself!! My mom even became more sociable and tried communicating with my friends. HAHA, don't be fooled by her, she's a really fierce lady. My dad on the other hand,always gives a poker face. But he's seriously a joker, he has never hit me before. He's the one who is always advising and listening. 

But my dad always gets stopped at the immigration for an extra check. Seriously, he didn't do anything or what, he just stood there, cross the clearance system machine, but ALWAYS gets stopped again for another round of body check. Once, we even ask him to join another queue and don't stick to us, he still gets stopped. LOL it's a joke in our family, forever laughing at him because of this.

That's my family photo with Justin my cousin being extra right there. My sis and the boyfriend, Mom, Dad, me and Jack! Was quite surprised Mom actually asked Jack to join us in the photo, it's the first time Jack met my parents! 

And a photo with baby! He helped me a lot throughout the planning and the day itself. Mostly he did all the driving, drove me around to buy things and this chalet also he helped to go down book one! I didn't show much love for him during the period because I don't want to make it look like I'm being so nice to him just because he helped me so much. 

I like this candid photo of me and bff!!! Anyway, she the girl who tolerated so much of my nonsense and rants, I hope she will never give up on me one day. She came early to help me with my flower drape backdrop that day, without her nimble hands I probably can't finish this by myself!

And thank you for being the photographer on that day and also the birthday video! Not forgetting the playlist too!!

That's my big bro trying to act cute but he's so nice, he helped me plan how the balloons gonna go and stuff! For those who came, they have to take a polaroid with me and write a card, then the card will be tied to a balloon! It's his idea! Must really thank him for always being there and caring like a real brother to me!!

Mr Paul Lee whom I always hit because he always looks very 'cushiony'! His chest jitao like pillow?!

Weiqin! He helped me to book the chalet under his name, because cheaper! He's like a younger brother to me!

Vanessa whom I met for the first time and she helped me a lot!?

 I mean it's hard to know someone on the first day and did so much for you right? Anyw, she's a makeup artist, very professional okay! She did my brows for that day, but damn, I can't draw the same anymore. She drew it so well and so natural!!

Some pics of the buffet that day, I ordered from The Caterers! The food was so-so I should say because I see quite abit of leftover, I didn't get to eat much that day, was too busy catching up with friends and taking photos!! I love the curry though, it's their signature dish! 

I must really say their service is awesome! I spoke to 2 different ladies on 2 different occasions! And both of them were so nice! The first lady was Peggy( if Im not wrong!), she called me to confirm my dishes with me and recommended some changes too, which indeed turned out great! A second lady, I forgot her name, but she answers the calls at night, after office hours. The calls were probably directed to her phone. She is always driving when I called her. I mean it's nice that ppl answer your calls after office hours, because who wants to work extra right? Or maybe she's the boss. 

But if you are someone who think service is very very important, then I guess The Caterers is a good choice! The ladies are really friendly!

The fruit, jellies and cream puffs are prepared by my mom, not from the caterer! 

That banner is a present from the boys! Nice right! I can't wait for my sis to move out now hahaha I wanna hang this up in my room! And those where the balloons that I was talking about! See the cards hang under the balloons?!

My mafia partner in crime! Know her for another 8 years alre, since sec 1 and I never regret knowing this princess. She's like a princess but I've seen her grow up, like a mother sees a daughter okay! Thank you for helping me with the photography that day, and even fed me food so that I won't go hungry! 

My 2 uncles, aunt and grandma! Two ladies in white at the corner are my cousins! <3 and there, the two naughty boys in ma house, cousin Justin, and nephew Zane with the epic face of his!

Finally had some time to sit down and talk to Mom Dad and grandma! Heh, don't you think my dad is so cute?!

Earl Grey Strawberry Shortcake from The White Ombre! It's their best seller cake! It tastes really great! And the 12'' is really hugeeeeee!

Heh, that's me when the birthday song wouldn't end and I feel so awkward, having all the eyes on me! HAHAHA
